Versand
Die Versandkosten betragen 10€ für Versand nach Österreich, 15€ für Versand innerhalb der EU und UK und 20€ außerhalb der EU. Anfallende Zölle und Steuern für Sendungen außerhalb Europas werden von mir nicht übernommen.
Selbstabholung ist kostenlos.
Ich wähle ressourcenschonende Versandmethoden, daher kann die Lieferzeit für Sendungen nach Österreich 2-3 Werktage, nach Europa 5-10 Werktage und welteit 10-20 Werktage betragen.
Nach Möglichkeit verwende ich Verpackungsmaterialien, die sowohl recycled als auch recyclebar sind.
Bezahlung
Im Moment ist nur die Bezahlung über paypal möglich. Wenn paypal für Sie keine Option ist, schreiben Sie mir bitte eine Nachricht mit Ihrer Bestellung, Ihrem Namen und der Versandadresse. Ich sende Ihnen eine Rechnung und Sie können per Banküberweisung bezahlen.
Retouren
Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Bestellung bei Erhalt und kontaktieren Sie mich sofort, wenn das Produkt defekt oder beschädigt ist oder falls Sie das falsche Produkt erhalten haben.
Retouren werden innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt akzeptiert.
Die Käufer:in ist für den Rückversand verantwortlich.
Das Produkt muss im originalen Status und originaler Verpackung retourniert werden.
Die Rückerstattung erfolgt nachdem das retournierte Produkt eingetroffen ist.

Shipping
Shipping costs are 10€ for Austria, 15€ for EU and UK 20€ everywhere else. Any customs duties and taxes incurred for shipments outside EU are not covered by me.
Customer pick-up is free of charge.
I choose eco-friendly shipping methods, therefore the delivery time for shipments to Austria can be 2-3 working days, to Europe 5-10 working days and worldwide 10-20 working days.
Where possible, I use packaging materials that are both recycled and recyclable.
Payment
At the moment payment is only possible via paypal. If paypal is not an option for you, you can send me a message with your order, name and shipping address. I will then send you an invoice and you can pay via bank transfer.
Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The Buyer is responsible for return postage.
The items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refunds are issued once returned items are received.
